The Shenandoah Valley Partnership (SVP) works with public and private partners at the local, regional, and state level to develop an economic climate for business success throughout the Shenandoah Valley. Through regional cooperation the SVP brings together business, government, and education leaders to attract new business to the area, help existing businesses expand, and guide strategic workforce development to grow and sustain a healthy economic future for our region.

The Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) is the Commonwealth’s economic development agency.  VEDP aggressively recruits businesses, works with localities to assist expanding businesses and offers business assistance in growing international trade opportunities.

Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance (HDR) leads an ongoing, comprehensive downtown management program. HDR brings ideas and people together to help create an exciting and attractive place to live, work, invest, and visit.

The LBC supports the Latino community and businesses through education, collaboration, and the creation of connections that strengthen their growth and impact in the community.

The Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce is the largest business organization in the Shenandoah Valley. Through leadership, advocacy, networking, and promotion, the Chamber offers the tools to help your business succeed and grow.

The Shenandoah Valley Small Business Development Center offers no-fee, confidential consulting services, assist with feasibility studies and business planning, sponsor seminars and training events, and provide information and other services to new and established small and medium-sized businesses.

Shenandoah Community Capital Fund (SCCF) helps build the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Shenandoah Valley. They provide resources to help entrepreneurs launch or grow their small business. Located in Staunton, SCCF serves the entire Valley.

Virginia Career Works provides training and placement resources for businesses and career seekers.

The Shenandoah Valley Technology Council is a non-profit membership organization serving the greater Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Its members are creators and users of technology who gather together for education, networking and business development.
